石油天然气工业—管道输送系统—管道阀门
1 范围
本国际标准为适用于石油天然气工业领域管道系统且满足ISO 13623《石油天然气工业 管
道输送系统》要求的球阀、止回阀、闸阀和旋塞阀规定了设计、制造、试验和文件记录等方面的
要求,并提出了建议。
本国际标准不适用于另一项国际标准(ISO 14723)所涉及的海底管道阀门。
本国际标准不适用于额定压力值超过PN 420(2500 磅级)的阀门。
2 符合性
2.1 测量单位
本国际标准数据采用SI 国际单位制和USC 美国惯用的单位制表示。对于特殊规定项目,除
另有说明外,只能采用一种单位体系,不能和其他系统相结合表示。
对于用SI 国际单位制表示的数据,十进位的分隔用逗号,千进位的分隔用空格。对于USC
美国惯用单位制表示的数据,十进位的分隔用一个圆点,千进位的分隔用逗号。
2.2 圆整
确定符合特殊要求,符合ISO 31-0:1992 附录B,A 条 圆整方法,测量值或计算值应圆整到
右边用极限值表示的最小整数的数值。本标准另有规定除外。
2.3 符合标准
应用的质量体系应符合本标准的要求。
注:ISO/TS 29001 给出了在运行中的质量管理体系的部分特殊控制。
制造商应对符合本标准所有适用的技术要求负责。为了确保运行的质量体系符合本标准,制
造商应允许用户进行任何必要的走访调查,杜绝任何重大的不符合项。

3 规范性引用文件
下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅注日期的版本适用于
本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单、勘误表和维修机构记录)
