3.2 Objective
求职的目的，告诉你将来的老板，你追求的是一个什么样的职位。这个不是一定要写的，如果你写了自荐信（Cover Letter）的话，或者明确说申请了具体的职位，可以略过。
我笼统的写了，Research position in pharmaceutical and biotech companies。
3.3 Education
教育背景，要包括你的学历，专业，学校，年份，还可以加上你的主要相关课程，GPA，发表的文献等。
我的例子：

技能，主要是与申请的岗位相关，我重点突出了实验技能，毕竟是申请科研岗位，也写了一点我的语言和计算机方面的基本技能。

3.5 Research & Work Experience
研究和工作经历，重中之中。我详细的写了我实验室研究学习的经历以及取得的成果。值得注意的是，经历和成果一定要具体，要的是具体的成果，具体的数字，动词的使用也要非常注意。
我的例子：
Research Assistant（职位）
Department of Molecular Biology, XX University（所在单位） January – August 200X（日期）
Finished thesis for master degree: XXX. （我完成了我的硕士论文，题目）ú
Optimized cultural conditions for Xxxxx, increased the yield ofú secreted extracellular protein by 30%.（我取得的成就，优化了培养的条件和增加了产出。注意，optimize和increase两个动词非常重要，体现了我工作的效果，比起简单的 in charge of cultivation具体的多）
Separated and purified proteins by utilizing ion exchangeú chromatography and conducted research on enzyme activity (Focused on cellulase activity).
Worked on protein identification and a total of 15 proteins were found,ú one XXX protein was identified as the most expressed protein with high xxxxx activity.（我的研究结果，给出了具体的数字，发现了15种蛋白，发现了一种大量表达的XX蛋白，有着很强的XX酶活性）。
以上是我研究经历的一部分，但很有代表性。确定了内容，但由于写的是英文简历，如果使用动词，如何用句子写出来同时又能些许地道，这也是我最头疼的。我的 解决方式，还是模仿。我发现大多外国简历，在描述经历的时候，都以一个动词开头。在bestsampleresume的网站上，也写到：
Use action verbs to describe job duties. Try to use Action Verbs when constructing your statements。幸运的是，在这个网站上，也给出了常用动词的合集。

有了词汇，还需要写出自己的句子。接下来，我收集了这些网站上生物类简历中描述工作部分的语句，比如有：

etc....
有了这些积累，结合自己的研究经历，就不难写出属于自己的研究经历。
3.5 Social Activities
社会实践，我写了在学校时期的社团活动情况。

3.6 Awards
最后的部分，我写了我的获奖情况。

4. 简历的完善
把各个部分“填满”了以后，就是后期的修改于调整，内容不断的更新与修改。模板的选择也是个痛苦的过程，是选择简约的，还是华丽丽的？有彩色线条的？带框 的？Section之间用一条实线分开？字体？字号？这时候，你就要选择一个自己心仪的模板了。对于页数，如果是CV的话，可以多页，一页，也不太可能 够。对于简历，resume的话，推荐一页内搞定，我另外一份申请非研发类岗位的简历就写了正好一页。字体不要小于10号，不然看起来有点痛苦。字体，我 搜了一下，有着广泛的讨论，我最后选择了Times New Roman。
